2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.“
Why should a Christian man ever be a coward? One of the problems that churches have today is that many men see the church as a place for women, children, and sissies. Pastors often even cater to that idea without even knowing it.
As Christian men, you should have, and exhibit, fearless faith. God has given us the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, and that is a mighty combination. We need men like that to get back into the church and commit.
1 Corinthians 16:13 “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.“
America has suffered as Christian men have sat back and disengaged from our culture. The result is that immoral men have filled that vacuum of influence with depravity and iniquity. Biblical men need to take ownership of their God-given roles, and re-engage their culture, and their church with authentic manhood!
John Wesley said, “Give me a hundred men who fear nothing but sin and desire nothing but God, and I will shake the world. I care not a straw whether they be clergymen or laymen, and such alone will overthrow the kingdom of Satan and build up the Kingdom of God on earth.” ~ The Preacher’s Magazine
